About
We are a reaction to the often-cited message that compared to other manufacturing industries, UK construction lags in its adoption of modern methods of digital design, engineering and manufacturing. Which risks the delivery of low-quality, inefficient and high-cost projects.
This lag poses significant challenges, threatening the delivery of construction projects that are not only high in cost but also prone to inefficiency and low-quality outcomes.
By leveraging the benefits of 'Modern Methods of Construction' (MMC), 'Offsite/KoP Modular' design, and industrial design thinking, we aim to address and rectify these shortcomings.
Our specialised approach places a strong emphasis on innovative technologies, streamlined manufacturing processes, and efficient supply chains. Through this, we not only bridge the technological gap but also mitigate the risks associated with outdated practices, enabling the architecture and construction industries to benefit from higher quality, cost-effective, and more sustainable project deliveries.
Our mission is to be a catalyst for the transformation of the industry, fostering a culture of adaptability, sustainability, and progress.
